Design calculations and detailing of new and existing structures can be undertaken for the following:
structural steelwork: Roof Support Structures, Mezzanine Floors, Steel Towers. General Support Structures,
steel connections and fixings. Car Parks and Drainage Systems.

Secondary Steelwork:
Stairways, Balustrades, Handrails, Access Platforms, Works Gantries.

Reinforced Concrete:
Ground beams; floor slabs, reinforced concrete beams.

Timber:
Floor joists, cut timber roofing, load-bearing stud walls, feature trusses.

Masonry:
Wall panels and piers. retaining walls

Foundations:
Strip footings and pad foundations (based on data from site investigations by specialist subcontractor)

Lintels:
Sizing of prefabricated lintels

Calculations are prepared and submitted, as part of the Buildings Control application. A Designer’s Risk Assessment accompanies all projects. All works are carried out in compliance with the Building Regulations.
Site inspections and survey work may be carried out to assist design and detailing.

We produce Assembly and Fabrication Drawings from Architects and Structural Engineers Design Schemes or supply a complete package including initial Design.

We offer a complete Design and Build Service including fabrication and erection in partnership with local companies.
